Old San Juan

Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico's art scene is unique and full of history. The Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico is packed with contemporary and classic pieces that date back to the 17th century.

La Placita

La Placita is the place to be on Saturday night. Filled with live music, salsa dancing, mojitos, and more - don't miss out on your authentic experiencia boricua.

Condado

Although more modern, Condado is like Old San Juan in that it is FILLED with shops, bars, and restaurants. It also has walkability to beaches and paddle boarding, and it's a short drive to Old San Juan.

El Yunque

About an hour outside of San Juan is the only rainforest within the U.S. National Forest System. Its waterfalls, orchids, giant ferns, imposing tabonuco trees, and palms make it a true paradise for the photographer and nature lover.

Beaches

Although many of the beaches listed here are on other parts of the island, Ocean Park and Isla Verde are close to Old San Juan. If you're interested in traveling to other parts of the island, we would be happy to make other recommendations.
